Ensuring Patient Safety: Red Cross Evacuates Hospitals in Beyrouth
The Lebanese Red Cross continues its efforts to ensure the safe transfer of patients and provide support to affected hospitals.

LEBANON – The Lebanese Red Cross announced in a statement that, after 28 patients were evacuated yesterday evening (Thursday) from the Sahel, Bahman, and Al-Rasoul Al-Azam hospitals, its teams continued the evacuation operations today.
• This morning, two patients were evacuated from Bahman Hospital and five patients from Al-Rasoul Al-Azam Hospital.
• All patients were transferred to hospitals outside Beirut.
• The Lebanese Red Cross teams continue to follow up on the evacuation operations according to hospital requests and in coordination with the Ministry of Public Health.
