LEBANON - The Disaster Risk Management (DRM) Unit has released its updated statistical data, documenting developments in Lebanon’s humanitarian and security situation, showing continued escalation of field pressures.

Displacement and Shelter Conditions

Official figures indicate an increase in the number of displaced people in collective shelters:

Total number of open shelter centers: 631

Total number of displaced individuals in collective shelters: 133,414

Total number of displaced families in collective shelters: 33,697

Human Losses

The report reflects a rise in recorded incidents and casualties:

Total number of recorded hostilities: 2,392

Daily figures (past 24 hours):

Fatalities: 26

Injured: 80

Cumulative figures:

Total fatalities: 912

Total injured: 2,221
