LEBANON – The Ministry of Agriculture will hold a conference titled “The Launch of the One-Stop Window and the Announcement of a Package of Administrative Reforms and Digital Transformation Initiatives at the Ministry of Agriculture” in the presence of Minister of Agriculture Dr. Nizar Hani and Minister of State for Administrative Development Dr. Fadi Makki.
The event will take place at 10:30 a.m. on Wednesday, July 22, at the Ministry’s headquarters – Directorate General of Agriculture – Beirut, Al-Jahiyah.
According to a statement, the event represents a key milestone in the modernization of the Ministry of Agriculture. The One-Stop Window will be launched as an integrated platform allowing citizens and farmers to complete their transactions more easily and quickly through a single service point, enhancing administrative efficiency, improving service quality, and promoting transparency and simplified procedures.
The ministry will also announce a package of administrative and digital reforms, including the launch of an electronic system for automating and tracking transactions linked to the “Dawlati” digital platform. The system will enable citizens to complete and monitor their transactions online, alongside the launch of seven digital services as a first phase of the ministry’s comprehensive digital transformation plan.
During the event, the Ministry of Agriculture will also announce the launch of its hotline (1789), which will serve as a direct channel for communication with citizens, receiving inquiries, and providing services efficiently and quickly.
